The Laney Tower, in collaboration with the Oakland Festival of Lights, is holding a photo contest. Simply send your best photo (limit one submission per person) to towerlaney(at)gmail.com.The photos will be judged and winners will be reprinted in the next issue of the Tower, as well as receiving prizes from the festival. The Oakland Festival of Lights took place Oct. 16th and 17th at the Lake Merritt Gardens.
