Black History Month Film Series: “The Night Tulsa Burned” & “13th” Council member Desley Brooks and the Black Power Network, along with community and local leaders will screen The Night Tulsa Burned on Friday, Feb. 17, and 13th on Friday, Feb. 24 at Oakland City Hall at 5:50pm. Screenings followed by discussion.
