Why didn’t you request a Form 700 for ________?
Our initial Public Records Act Request was not intended to be a comprehensive review of all Form 700s for all “designated” positions. The individuals whose Form 700 we requested account for the vast majority of district leadership positions in the past five years.
All Form 700s are considered public record. Any member of the public can send a California Public Records Act letter to [email protected] to request a copy of any Form 700 filed by a PCCD employee.
