Students and staff wary of B-building construction zone, foul air

    TOWER WATCH

The Tower salutes all of the students and staff holding forth in B building.

We have received many complaints about the construction obstacle course as students traverse from one classroom to another. Just as frustrating, the air quality in some of the classrooms has caused some students and faculty to seek classrooms in other buildings to conduct classes.

Administrators say the situation is regrettable but “temporary.” We’ll keep watch.

In the fall of 2019, The Laney Tower rebranded as The Citizen and launched a new website. These stories were ported over from the old Laney Tower website, but byline metadata was lost in the port. However, many of these stories credit the authors in the text of the story. Some articles may also suffer from formatting issues. Future archival efforts may fix these issues.
