Culinary Arts students create confectionery ‘Pagoda’ for Nikko Hotel

The Laney College Culinary Arts program creates this Japanese-inspired Pagoda out of candy and gingerbread each year for the Nikko Hotel in Oakland. It will be on display in the lobby through the holiday season.
